Frankincense essential oil is one oil that has been used for centuries. It is know for its healing powers. Though, each user may experience different results it is something worth trying. Sleep-Inducing Facial Cream or Body Rub
5 drops frankincense essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
1/5 tablespoons organic coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Small container or jar to mix the ingredients
Use coconut oil that’s not solid but rather soft. Then, if you need to , heat it first in a double broiler.
Add the other oils and stir together to combine. Spread over your face and body. You may want to pat yourself off after to not allow the oil to seep into your bed sheets. You can also store this to use at another time.
DIY Frankincense Body Butter
3/4 cup shea butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (solid)
1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
10 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
2 tablespoons of melted beeswax
