I love exercising because it not only challenges me, but it also gives me more energy and a sense of accomplishment. After having my kids, I needed some help in my core area. I mean what mother doesn’t after delivering their little bundle of joy. Thats when I began adding Yoga into my fitness routine.

I used a typical Yoga ball up until I was sent the Goda Anti-Burst Inflatable Massage Yoga Exercise Ball. It is unique as well as innovative in my opinion.

When I first took a look at this item, my eyebrow went up wondering how this was going to work. In all honesty, I feared this a little bit. I thought it may be totally uncomfortable, possibly hurt me. I embarked on my new Yoga ball journey with an open mind and I am glad I did because this is pretty awesome. The foot pump that comes with this certainly does the job when inflating this, but I took a different pump to do so midway just because I am impatient. Once I inflated this, I began to use it. Surprisingly, this is comfortable and offers some massaging to your back. It is certainly a welcoming massage as you work out and it helps relax those muscles you are using. I liked this so much, that I use this instead of my regular Yoga ball and haven’t went back.

    I think this is cool because my mom had a yellow exercise ball like this when I was younger and we always had fun trying to exercise with it. The spike parts actually feel pretty good although very weird at first. I would definitely love to have one of these.
