When it comes to using IOS devices, the cords aren’t great quality. I think personally it is that way for a reason. They get you hooked on needing your device, but make the cords so flimsy and cheap, forcing the user to have to purchase many. Those cords aren’t exactly cheap either. It gets to be a real pain.
This year I have went through 12 different IOS charging cables. Yes, my kids have an IOS device as well, so we get a lot of use out of the chargers. Either way though, I think they should last a lot longer than a week or so. I was offered an opportunity to try the +LIFEGUARD Charge and Sync Lightning Cable. Just by looking at this cable out of the packaging, I could tell it was a lot better than the ones that came with my devices.
It is reinforced so it doesn’t fray by the connectors. The cord is nice, thick, and durable as well. I love the length of this. I don’t have to worry about having to stand right next to the charger while charging my device either. Total plus! This cable fits in your computer USB, your charging dock for the wall, and car charging dock as well. Once plugged in, this does in fact charge your phone very quickly. A lot more quickly that then original Apple cord.
