Keeping drinks at their ideal temperature can be tough when extreme temperatures happen. One thing is for sure, in any temperature, it is important to stay well hydrated.
The company Mira has this in mind while degining their latest innovation. The Mira insulated stainless steel water bottle. This is a stainless steel (premium grade 18/8) double walled insulated bottle. The inside is stainless stell as well. The capacity of this bottle is 17 oz. / 500 ml. There is no NPA, pthaltes and is reusable and recyclable. This product promised to keep cold drinks cold for up to 12-hrs. and to keep warm ones warm for up to 12-hrs.
For me, that is a pretty good promise if it were true, so I decided to give it a whirl. As someone who is very active and needs to drink a lot of water, I filled up this container up with some ice water and put it to the test. After a few hours, my water was still cold as ever. There was still ice in there. To make it even better, the bottle wasn’t getting any condensation to it. Usually, with many this is an issue, but not for this product. After checking this once again after 12 hours, I still had some ice in there and it was as cold as when I first put it in there. So, there is no doubt that it would more than likely keep chilled drinks cold for a little longer than 12 hours.
For warm drinks. I tried this with coffee. I poured it as hot as ever once it was brewed. After a few hours, the coffee was still pretty hot. After about 8 hours, it was still hot, just not as hot. After 12 hours, it was still warm. It wasn’t piping hot like it originally was, but it was warm enough to drink and still enjoy.
In my opinion, this would be an optimal water bottle for anyone. It has many great features and is designed to look modern as well as stylish. There are two different color choices to choose from when it comes to this item such as red and blue. To make this a huge plus, it does fit in cupholders in your car. I love this water bottle. It works perfectly and it is safe to use.
