I love the silicone grip handles for ease of use. This eyelash curler comes complete with two extra pads for easy and quick replacement for your curler. The curler has a spring action so to speak. So when using it, you squeeze shut and the spring action will pop open once pressure is released. The pads for this I believe are silicone as well. It stainless steel design ensures this item will last you for a good amount of time.
When I used this product, it worked very nicely. I was able to curl my eyelashes and get the achieved look I was hoping for. It was very simple and there were no other preparations needed. I would recommend to sterilize this after using it as it does go to the eye. I am just a germaphobe though.
