When it comes to trying to maintain a healthy weight, I think it is safe to say that many of us try our best and work diligently to obtain our health and nutrition goals. To be successfull in those endeavors, it is important to have the key components for monitoring progress and to reach your full potential in the work out regimen. One key item need is a bathroom scale.
Depending on your goal and regimen will determine which one you will need because there are many varieties of scales that offer different information and tracking perks. I recently was offered the opportunity to try the Smart Weigh Bathroom Memory Scale. Before getting into my opintion of this product, let’s take a look at the product description of the item.

What did I think? This scale definately offers more than average. This scale can come in either black or silver to compliment your decor’. This scale is very easy to set up, simply take it out of the box and put the batteries in. The scale is probably one of the more easier ones with this technology to set up. The battery compartment is easily accessible located on the back of this scale. There is also a button by the battery compartment to designate the how the measurements should be calculated. This has the ability to have 8 different user profiles The technology remembers them. What makes this so cool is the lighting on the backlight of the display of this model. The lights will tell you if you are on the right track, behind, and blue when you begin. The display screen is slightly smaller than what I am use to, so if you wear glasses, this may be a little difficult for you to read. The scale is thin and lightweight. It also has rubber stoppers on each end on the bottom to offer a secure base. Accuracy of this is pretty fantastic. When used in comparison to a pricier scale which I know is accurate, this measured the same.
