As you can see, this is pretty much the king of all scales. So how easy was it to use and understand? I for one am no “techie”. Often a lot of times, my kids are showing me the different things that I need to know with some of the electronics these days. The directions that come with this are very easy to understand. I was able to get this all set up on my own without any help needed. Now, I am not in any weight loss programs, but I found this very informative and helpful to monitor things. It pretty much showed me EVERYTHING that I needed to know. The “CalMax” feature is sort of like a coach in my opinion. It tells you calorie counts for your unique weight loss goals. I didn’t experience any issues with the Bluetooth pairing with this. The black color makes it perfect to match any decor’. The numerals are nice and easy to read for just about anyone.
