When it comes to candy, I think it’s safe to say that everyone loves it. With so many varieties out there, who wouldn’t. The problem is, a lot of people eat things because it is sold in stores and just automatically think it is good to eat. Yeah, we all know candy is bad for us in some aspects, but if people really looked at ingredients and considered that, they would know the effects go a little further than just a potential cavity.
I recently stumbled on a candy company called Torie & Howard, LLC. This company is one that you will certainly want to have on your radar.Their candies contain no GMOs, no preservatives, and
no artificial dyes, are gluten free, casein free, nut and soy free. Colored with vegetable based colors. All at just twelve calories each! They offer some different flavors and I am going to admit to you, the combinations aren’t what ytou would consider a common combination, and may make you raise an eyebrow, but they are absolutely delish! Flavors include Lemon & Raspberry, California Pomegranate & Sweet Freestone Nectarine, Italian Tarocco Blood Orange & Wildflower Honey, D’Anjou Pear & Ceylon Cinnamon, and Pink Grapefruit & Tupelo Honey. The company offers various sizes available in 2-oz travel tins, 5lb bulk bags & 6-oz gift handbag, shelf displays, floor displays and 10 oz. Halloween bags.
So, obviously I totally love these, but what about my friends and kids? Well, I set out to see what they all thought of this. I presented the candy without telling them any of the benefits of the product. They went in trying this without any knowledge about it other than the flavor they were getting. My adult friends were huge fans of this. Mostly with the hard candy. The chews were delicious, but some of them didn’t like how it stuck to their teeth. Dentures? Maybe! It was rude of me to ask, so I totally didn’t. When I gave these to the kids, across the board, they loved them. There was one glavor that was a little hit or miss with the kids which was the Pear & Cinnamon. I didn’t think it would be a huge flavor with them though as it is a more sophisticated taste so to speak.
Overall. the flavors and variety that are offered from this company leave your mouth happy and will have you just loving their candy items. I know I am. For more information about their products please feel free to visit their company located at http://www.torieandhoward.com/.

California Pomegranate & Sweet Freestone Nectarine sounds so nice!
The blood orange and honey looked good. Perfect for when you have a sore throat. They had a lot of interesting flavors.
Lemon and raspberry sounds delicious because I love lemon candies but the pear and cinnamon also sounds like a delicious combo….I love pears 🙂
Would love to try these
Pink Grapefruit & Tupelo Honey because I think they would be great together.
I can not really decide which flavor would be the best together, but I do know that myself as well as my kids are candy lovers lol
I love yummy and anything fruit while yummy is even better.
I think the Lemon & Raspberry sounds the best mostly because it is the most normal sounding and I can sometimes be picky.
I would like the California Pomegrant & Nectarine flavor.
