I love throw pillows, but when you change up the look of the room, sometimes the color of them just doesn’t go with the look you are trying to go for. I have run into this issue many times. When this happens, my throw pillows are still in fantastic shape and I just can’t see throwing them out, so I save them. I literally have tons of toss pillows. It’s kind of funny actually.
When you consider the cost of throw pillows today, It gets expensive. I recently went to Wal-Mart to get some new ones because we had purchased a new living room set. For one toss pillow, it was over twenty dollars. I just about fell over. One pillow! Really! Sure, one could make one, but I am not handy with a needle and thread, so that totally counts me out.
A seller recently approached me to review one of their pillow covers. Of course I jumped on the opportunity. I actually asked her for another because I like to have things in a set. This seller was so awesome that they let me get two for the review. I placed my order for these and they were literally here the next day. Talk about service! So this company gets an A+ in my book for customer service.
The print on these covers is exceptionally well. The material on these is nice and thick. I mean these are seriously going to last me a long time. Getting my toss pillow into the case is a breeze. These have a plastic zipper on the side which you can hardly tell is there. Once you get your pillow in there, zip it up and your done. It literally took me a whole two minutes to get my pillow inside the case. It’s as easy as that.
When I inspected the stitching, it was straight and had no loose threads. It was very nice. Seams as well are perfect. Zipper doesn’t catch on anything. When I washed this, the material and stitching stayed as if it were brand new. Colors did not fade and material did not shrink. I did hang these to dry and washed them on gentle cycle.
