Pomchies

My daughter is a cheerleader and is always on the look-out for the latest and greatest things to help her portray her pep in her step and school spirit. Even if not her school colors, she likes things cute and girly. She found a company called “Pomchies” and she is just in love with their products!

It all started with scraps! Pomchies were invented while trying to figure out a way to use the scraps from a swimwear factory. Heather Logan, Pomchies owner, had been selling children’s sun protective swimwear and the factory in Austrailia searched for a way to use left-over fabric. Scraps don’t work anymore but the Pomchie idea certainly does! Now the company is  purchasing fabric by the container load and have expanded the Pomchie line to include Pom-ID’s, Pom-shoes, Pom-Keys, Spirit Band-it headbands, Team-Twist braided bracelets, and Pom-Braid and Double Pom-Braid braided headbands. They have endless ideas on ways to use the Pomchie products, color combinations to meet every request, and many new products on the way!

I was recently sent various items from their line to take a look at and they didn’t disappoint. Their items are colorful, fun, and offer a variety of uses. Here are the items I was sent and what I thought about them.

Pomchies: Purple / White  Resembling a scrunchie only cuter, my daughter loves to wear these on her non cheer meet days to still be peppy. She also wears this on gameday when the Minnesota Vikings play. This has a little bit of stretch to it and looks fantastic.

Pomchies: Kiss Me The kiss me is used by my daughter on her cheer bag to add some flare. Granted, her school colors are not pink and white, but like she says, it adds pep and cheer. She also will sometimes where these in her hair as well. Just depends what she is wearing.

Wide PomBraid Headband: Fiesta Light – Buttercup / Capri / Lime / New Orange / Powder Pink My daughter wears this pretty much every

cheer practice that she has. She has her hair in a bun and then wears this to keep what she can’t pull back behind her face. This is also really cute to wear with your hair down. The material is nice and stretchy and the colors are so fun, bright, and cheery.

Pom Key Keeper – Lavender Fields Who doesn’t need a cute key keeper. Especially because she is at driving age and has her house keys as well. This not only is her favorite color, but is great to help her keep from not losing her keys. This isn’t big or bulky, it’s just the right size. When she is driving, it isn’t in her way either so she really loves that.

Pomchies has many other different products as well that can cater to your many likes and needs. They also provide bulk orders for teams. It is recommended to do the order all at once so that you can prevent any different hughes of colors if you were to break up the order and use different lots of fabric.
