Living in the mid-west has it’s perks in the winter time. We usually get pounded with a lot of snow, which means it is time for some winter fun. From Skiing, to Snowmobiling, to sledding, and much more, there is always something fun to do. The temperatures often drop below zero which forces us to take measures to protect ourselves from the outside elements. Layers are a must to ensure warmth and safety while outdoors having fun. In the winter here, the sun is still pretty bright as well, so it is important to think about this as an issue as well. My four year old is into snowboarding, so he likes to go out and have some fun. We have tried a few different types of protective eye wear to not only protect his eyes, but to keep the snow from getting into his face. They have either been too big, uneffective, of just junk to be honest. We were on a mission to find something that was comfy for him to wear as well as offer him the protection we wanted for him. Ski Banz come in three different style color choices. There is Arctic White, Frost Bite (Black and White) and Powder Pink. They retail for $35.00 USD and sold on their company website. It may seem like a steep price to you, but they are well worth it and have many benefits.
I have included them from the website:

So now that I have told you about it, lets get into what I think of them shall we. They arrived in a nice box and were packaged very nicely to insure a safe delivery. When you take out these ski goggles, they are light for your little one’s face. The case for these also serves as a lens cloth. I found that very convenient. This is something I haven’t found with previous pairs we purchased of other brands. The band to these is nice and thick. I like that because for little ones, they need a little more support to keep these on their little heads. The strap is adjustable to fit according to your child. The band’s elasticity seems to hold very nicely. There is a nice clasp to take these on and off as well for your little one. The clasp seems very durable. They have the brand name on the band to keep the style up with other brands. On the inside of the ski goggles, it is like a foam that forms a comfortable barrier against the skin. It also prevents snow from getting into the goggles which is a nice feature. The lenses are tinted modestly to offer sun protection but not too much to strain the eyes. Overall, I think these ski goggles are one of the best pairs that we have come across.
