Soleil Mimosa 21+ Only

Since my house is one of the larger ones amoungst the family, I usually host the holidays in my home. Every year, I try to up one myself with something better, something different, something awesome! Some of you are thinking, well is it with her decorating, her cooking….naw, its with the drinks! I love offering the latest and greatest adult beverages to the adults. I mean let’s face it, when you are getting something, you are less likely to purchase something unless you know it’s good. Plus, if a drink is good, they are less likely to notice if my cooking is bad…lol.

St. Clair Winery was established in 1984, carrying on a six generation history of winemaking. Their goal is to produce award-winning wines that are pleasing to the palete. Offering 30 unique varietals, the wines are bottled under Blue Teal, DH Lescombes, and St. Clair labels. Many of these wines are available at a variety of retail outlets as well as restaurants including their locations in Deming, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and Farmington. They also offer wine tasting, so stop in. This company takes the average Mimosa to new heights with the addition of Pomegranate, Pineapple, Mango, and the typical Orange that we have all tried. This is made with fresh fruit, not from concentrate and has no artificial flavors or colors. These are 8% alcohol and is effervescent, as well as Gluten free. They are absolutely delicious and offered in 40 different states.

Of course, it isn’t the holidays technically, but that doesn’t mean that I couldn’t invite some friends over for a little Mimosa tasting. These were a huge hit and a few people didn’t think there was much alcohol in these. Those are my favorite types in all honesty. Across the board, they were a hit!
