I am a mid-western gal and part of living in the mid-west is the brutal temperatures of the winter. Yes, many of us are use to it and laugh at the face of the cold air, but on some days, there is just no laughing, there’s running…..running from the cold. Unfortunately, a lot of us have to be outdoors, whether it is for work, to watch an outdoor game, winter activities,…you get the idea. Anyhow, with technology these days, we all love to be on our electronics. I know I do. When it is cold out and you are trying to use a touchscreen device, it is almost impossible.
Now, I am no tech guru here, but I am sure with your fingers getting cold, it would have a lot to do with it. I literally avoided texting people back until I would get home because I just couldn’t do it, or I didn’t want to get my hands cold. Especially after getting them warmed up. I was recently offered an opportunity to try a new technology. Texting Gloves. Cool name alone right?
These gloves are nice and thick….not to mention stretchy. They are pretty stylish too, with little grey finger tips on a few of the fingers. I have wore these out in the cold a few times now and my hands have been nice and warm. Here is the kicker of them, you can use your touchscreen devices. When I first took a look at these, I struggled to see how these would work. The material is nice and soft in these gloves, but sure enough, they do work. They actually work really good to be honest. Now, I can text outside without any problems. It’s actually pretty nice.
When washing these, I washed them like I would with anything and dried them. They didn’t shrink on me and seemed to hold up really nicely. They still worked as good as ever. This company stands behind this product as well offering a satisfaction wear-antee 🙂 So, you really have nothing to lose here, just to gain. I would like to see more color choices and variety when it comes to this, but I am sure further down the line, that is something they will work on. This is a great product and if you live where temps get cold, you are going to want a pair of these.
