TruKid Eczema Care

I never knew what exactly Eczema was until my child had it. At first, I just thought it was a dry patch of skin and a little lotion would help it. Turns out, after her having to go to the specialist, she had Eczema. I wanted to make sure that I was educating myself about this skin condition. After a lot of research, I learned there were special products to help control and protect her skin. With so many on the market, I felt a little overwhelmed to be completely honest.

On her follow-up visit, I discussed the different options that were available and she told us to try TruKid brand. This was one on my list, so I went with that product and since then, I have not used anything else. TruKid offers a variety of products, but they do offer an Eczema line. These are fantastic to have on the go. I love that it is a single use pack, so I am not carrying this huge bin of wipes. Each are individually sealed and can be used on both the face and body. Each wipe is nice and thick and will not rip easily when using. The amount of liquid on this wipe is suitable. These soothe right away for her and this is precisely what I was looking for her to help get her to stop itching.

This is perfect for my child especially in the summer time. I like to give her a stick of this to use at her disposal. Granted, you will want to show your child how to utilize this and such, but this is great. My daughter plays soccer in the summer and she does use another daily sunscreen, but she uses this in one of her prone areas for inflammation. It’s a little added boost so to speak. It isn’t greasy and absorbs into the skin very nicely without a greasy feel.

This is definitely the one we use a lot and love. This is thick in comparison to many other sunscreens out on the market. I initially worried about how this would feel after application, but the skin absorbs this quickly. To me, it seems to hydrate the skin a little bit as well which is perfect for my daughter. A little bit of this does go a long way, so don’t let the size of this tube fool you.
