Winning Moves Games

Playing games is something that we all did when we were kids. As a matter of fact, it is something that many adults still enjoy. I remember growing up doing a family game night. It was a wonderful way for all of us to spend time as a family and have fun. It’s one of the fondest memories that I have growing up and one that I have carried on with my children.

Winning Moves Games offers a variety of games that are sure to get the family game night going. Some of them are classics, while others are new. This company offers quality games that are reasonable priced. I was sent a few games to enjoy with the kids and they sure had a lot of fun.

Guess Who? Is the classic mystery face game where the kids find who the opponents person is by the process of elimination. It is a two player game that offers fun and some laughs. I say laughs because the look of some of these characters really is different to my kids. They got a few giggles from it. This game not only offers fun, but with the process of elimination it provokes them to think. I love games that always keep you guessing. This is a two player game recommended for ages 6 +. My five year old could play this easily, so it all depends on your child.
Hi-Ho Cherry-O is a game that has been around for a little while. I remember seeing people play it, but I have never did until receiving this game. This game offers learning fun for the kids while learning to count learning basic addition and subtraction. This game can have up to four players and is a lot of fun. This game is recommended for ages 3 +. I would recommend adult supervision if played at that age just because the cherries are smaller and present a choking hazzard.
Waterworks is a classic 1970’s game. It was new to me to play. The objext of it is to be the first player to complete a pipeline by connecting enough pipe cards, from valve to spout. Your opponents will try to thwart your progress by playing leaky pips cards on your cards. You have to act fast to repair the leaks with ne wcards or with one of your handy little metal wrenches. When I first took a look at this, I will admit, I underestimated this game. The kids sat and played while I watched and I heard nothing but giggles and the phrase “Aw Man!”.  It was a little competitive and a lot of fun for them to play and it has become a favorite for them. The game is recommended for ages 8 + and can have 2-4 players.
Moose Caboose is a cute fun game. Four trains full of happy animals are chugging off on an adventure. The player who collects the most animal cards, by matching colors, wins the game! This is a simply concept and was one that my five year old really enjoyed. It helps with colors, animal recognition, and matching of course. The recommended age for this is 6 + and can have 2-4 players. This is my five year old’s favorite game that he wants to play daily. The cards offer bright vibrant illustrations and offer a suitable thickness so they won’t get ripped easily.
