As a mother of five children, I am always looking for items to keep them busy and entertained. Summer time is almost here which means many family vacations and trips. If you are a parent like me, you will understand when I say car rides are so much better with tablets and phones. Yes, we have a mini van, so space isn’t an issue, but they all seem to find the biggest issues with eachother on those long car rides. As much as many of us would like to, cranking up the radio and hoping they get the picture is not something that works, they just get louder. For years, I dealt with this because let’s face it, kids have energy and sitting on a long trip in the car just ins’t realistic. I mean they can only look at so much scenary.
Kocaso (Kocaso.com) offers many different options that are affordable and in my opinion a wonderful product. One of their models that my kids seem to do great with is the iNova. It offers pretty much every accessory you will need as stated in the product description. Color quality of the screen offers vivid and deep colors. The touch screen on this tablet doesn’t lag and is right on. This does run on the Android platform that means you have access to the Google Play store. Downloading apps really is no different on this item then with any other. One part about this item that I really love is that it comes wqith an OTG (on the go) cable. This offers the option to plug in your camera, hard drive, or whatever else you can think of and use it with this tablet. I did not like that this is not bluetooth enabled, but then again, I would expect this to have some kind of drawback because it is so reasonably priced. Sound quality with the speaker is pretty good. About average for your typical tablet. This can have the memory expanded which is another thing that is typically huge with consumers. I plugged in an SD card and it was recognized immediately and it was a breeze. The accessories that come with this tablet are perfect. I haven’t seen a tablet come with the screen protector, stylus pen, case, earbuds, and charging stuff. When I opened the box, I will admit I was quite impressed. The sound from the headphones is good quality. I wouldn’t say expect them to be like Beats ones, but definately expect them to do a good job. All together, my impression of this product is a good one.
