I ran across a company called Kocaso on Amazon.com. They also have a company website located at http://kocaso.com/. This company has a wide variety of electronics they offer. Now, believe me when I say this, I had no clue this company had this many products. I have never heard of them until stumbling upon them on Amazon. I wanted to scope them out and see about their products, so I sent them an email and was greeted from a representative named Lora. She was the most helpful customer service representative I have encountered in a long time. Sure, other companies have good customer service, I am not denying this, but this company was on it more than others. My e-mail was answered like within an hour. Impressive. They were so nice when I asked to review some of their items.
I was sent the Kocaso MX1080 10.1-Inch 8 GB Tablet (Gunmetal) (Personal Computers). Okay, so this tablet is good for a lot of things, but for me, streaming my shows and watching them is number one for me. This tablet screen is huge. I have never had one this large. It took me some getting use to with this one. This tablet runs off of the Android platform, which means you are going to be downloading from the Google Play store for apps. Color vibrancy and picture of this tablet are exceptional. I will admit, I thought with such a large screen, that the clarity wouldn’t be as good. The screen reponds nicely for the touch screen and isn’t too touchy. It is right up there in comparison with the pricier brands. Installing an SD card was a pice of cake and littlerally took me seconds. The device recognized this right away and boom, I had my memory. The cameras on this aren’t the greatest in my opinion, but I don’t use my tablet cameras often, so that isn’t too big of a deal for me. Battery life on this is exceptional. I use this to stream off of Netflix and Hulu to watch shows and seems to do a wonderful job with that. The kids have used this for their games and they really like to use this one instead of using the more pricier ones we own. The color of this tablet is very nice and appealing as well. I especially love how this includes the accessories anyone would need to get started. Most don’t offer that. I will say, in my opinion, this is an exceptional product at a steal of a deal.
